Questions before your first visit
What happens at my first visit?
Your first visit is a private, ninety-minute consultation. Dr. Hill listens to what brings you in, builds a complete picture with an exam, digital imaging, photography, and scans, and walks you through your options and the investment with real clarity.
Do I need to complete my new-patient forms before I arrive?
It helps, but it is not required. You can download and complete the forms at home, or fill them out in our office when you arrive. Either way, your full consultation time stays focused on you.
Do you accept my dental insurance?
Dr. Kerri Hill runs a boutique, cash-pay practice and is not in-network with dental insurance. That choice is what makes one patient at a time possible, with her full attention and privacy from start to finish. Financing through CareCredit, Cherry, PatientFi, and Alphaeon is available to make your plan comfortable, and her team walks through the numbers with you before you commit to anything.
What are your office hours?
The office is open Monday through Thursday, 9am to 5pm. We are closed Friday through Sunday.
